Before you begin
Have your vehicle list and driver contact details handy. If you signed up for the 30-day trial, your Enterprise account already has every module unlocked.
- 1Log in and complete your company profile. Add your company name, base city, and fleet size so ELION AI can tailor route and fuel recommendations.
- 2Add your vehicles. Enter each vehicle once — make, model, and plate. ELION AI uses this to track fuel efficiency and maintenance windows automatically.
- 3Invite your drivers. Send each driver an invite from the Drivers page. They install the driver companion and start receiving trip and idle alerts instantly.
- 4Connect your fuel and calendar integrations. Link fuel cards and scheduling tools so savings and airport pickups flow in without manual entry.
- 5Review your dashboard. Within 24 hours you’ll see live fuel analytics, driver scores, and route optimization suggestions on the owner dashboard.
